Our Return Policy
DIYables products are sold on Amazon and shipped by Amazon (Fulfilled by Amazon). Because of this, all returns, replacements and refunds follow Amazon's return policy.
The return window, refund method and refund time are set by Amazon. You can see the details for your order in your Amazon account.
How to Return an Item
- Sign in to your Amazon account and open Your Orders / Returns.
- Find your DIYables order and choose Return or Replace Items.
- Select a reason and follow the steps. Amazon gives you the return label and options.
- Amazon sends your refund or replacement after the return is received.
If you bought from another Amazon store (for example amazon.ca or amazon.co.uk), the return policy of that store applies.
