Quick Overview

The DIYables MOSFET PWM Trigger Switch Driver Module lets a microcontroller pin switch and dim high-power DC loads. It handles DC 5V to 36V at 15A continuous and up to 30A peak with cooling, for loads up to 400W, which covers most 12V and 24V motors, LED strips, pumps, and solenoids. It works directly with Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266, and Raspberry Pi.

A 3.3V to 20V high-level trigger and PWM signals up to 20kHz let microcontroller GPIO pins drive the module directly without a level shifter. Each board comes presoldered with screw terminal blocks on both sides, so power, load, and signal wires connect without soldering. The compact 3.4 x 1.7 x 1.2cm board is rated from -40°C to 85°C.

Ideal for DC motor speed control, LED and LED strip dimming, pump flow regulation, solenoid valve switching, fan control, robotics, smart lighting, and home or industrial automation. The 5 pack covers multi-channel builds or spares.

Key Features

  • High Power Output — 15A continuous and up to 30A peak with cooling for DC loads up to 400W
  • Wide Voltage Range — DC 5V to 36V input and output, suitable for 12V and 24V systems
  • PWM Signal Control — Accepts PWM up to 20kHz for smooth motor speed control and LED dimming
  • Logic Level Trigger — 3.3V to 20V high-level trigger for direct microcontroller GPIO control
  • No Level Shifter Needed — Works with 3.3V logic from ESP32, ESP8266, and Raspberry Pi as well as 5V Arduino boards
  • Presoldered Screw Terminals — Terminal blocks presoldered on both sides for secure, solder-free wiring
  • Compact Size — 3.4 x 1.7 x 1.2cm board fits enclosures and robot chassis
  • Wide Temperature Range — Rated from -40°C to 85°C
  • Wide Compatibility — Works with Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266, Raspberry Pi, and other microcontrollers with PWM output
  • 5 Pack Value Set — Five modules for multi-channel projects or spares
  • Versatile Applications — DC motors, LED strips, pumps, solenoid valves, fans, and automation projects
  • ...NOTE
  • For currents above 15A continuous, add cooling to the MOSFETs. Always power the load from a separate supply rated for the load current, and share ground between the supply and the microcontroller.
  • ...NOTE
